Job Title: Logistics Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Manager to join our team in a nationwide program. The project spans multiple sites across the United States and includes both approach and en-route radar systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of logistics activities across parallel deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the transportation, delivery, and installation of radar systems and associated equipment across multiple U.S. locations.
  • Coordinate logistics operations with engineering, installation, and commissioning teams.
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all logistics activities.
Essential Skills
  • 7+ years of logistics experience in relevant industries such as radars, air traffic management, and surveillance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in logistics management, inventory management, and transportation operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Master’s degree with a focus on operations or transportation systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FAA logistics standards and procedures.
  • Spanish language skills will be valued for coordination with the parent company and international teams.
