Job description

Seeking an Insurance Regulatory Associate to join our Insurance Transactional + Regulatory group in our New York or Chicago office. We are looking for someone with 4 to 6 years of experience analyzing regulatory issues, counseling clients on licensing, product evaluation, form filing and financial examination of transactions. This team serves clients from both the property/casualty and life/health sides of the industry, routinely practicing before all state insurance departments.
Candidates should have a JD from an accredited law school with strong research, writing, and analytical skills. We are seeking highly motivated candidates who appreciate innovative thinking and are able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
The salary range for this position is $295,000 - $350,000 dependent on relevant years of experience.
