Patient Registration Coordinator

At Rural Psychiatry Associates, we are committed to bringing quality mental health services to rural and underserved communities across the country. We are looking for a Patient Registration Coordinator who is compassionate, organized, and ready to make a meaningful impact every day.

Position Details

  • Full-Time
  • In-Office Position – Bismarck, ND

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care access
  • Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations
  • Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
  • Support telehealth appointments and patient onboarding
  • Collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
