Workforce LLC is a family-owned staffing agency looking for an experienced recruiter with excellent customer service skills

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for contingent, temp-to-perm, and direct hire opportunities. This role serves as a key point of contact between candidates, customers, and internal teams to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with company standards and applicable employment laws.

The Recruiter will actively support recruiting operations through sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, workforce planning, onboarding coordination, and relationship management. This position plays an important role in maintaining Workforce LLC's reputation as a reliable staffing partner and a great place to work.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.

  • Maintain active communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.

  • Review candidate qualifications, work history, attendance, and overall fit for customer requirements.

  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, drug screenings, background checks, and onboarding activities.

  • Utilize online job boards, social media platforms, networking groups, referrals, and other recruiting tools to attract talent.

  • Build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates.

  • Assist with staffing fulfillment for contingent, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions.

  • Ensure candidate files and onboarding documentation remain compliant with company procedures and applicable employment laws.

  • Accurately document recruiting activity, candidate communication, and placement updates in Workforce's ATS/CRM systems.

  • Communicate customer staffing requirements and candidate updates with internal team members.

  • Support workforce planning efforts by maintaining recruiting pipelines for high-volume positions.

  • Conduct follow-up communication with employees and customers to evaluate placement success and attendance performance.

  • Assist with resolving employee concerns, attendance matters, scheduling issues, and onboarding questions.

  • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives as needed.

  • Support company goals, productivity metrics, and placement objectives.

  • Promote Workforce LLC's culture, professionalism, and customer service standards.

  • Assist with administrative tasks including scanning, filing, emailing, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.

  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or workforce management preferred.

  • Experience recruiting for warehouse, manufacturing, administrative, or industrial positions preferred.

  • Experience with onboarding processes, applicant tracking systems, or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Knowledge of staffing industry practices and employment processes preferred.
