About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions across federal and commercial projects. In this onsite role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers to define requirements, source and screen top talent, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding—while maintaining accurate recruiting records and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Lifecycle Recruiting

    • Manage end-to-end hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, including IT, cybersecurity, data, and application development.

    • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, must-have skills, and success profiles.

    • Create and post compelling job ads across multiple channels.

  • Sourcing & Pipeline Building

    • Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and talent communities to identify and engage qualified candidates.

    • Build and maintain a strong, diverse candidate pipeline for current and future federal and commercial needs.

  • Candidate Experience & Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit, motivation, and cultural alignment.

    • Coordinate interviews, collect and share structured feedback, and ensure a positive, timely candidate experience.

    • Support offer negotiation, background/clearance coordination (as applicable), and onboarding.

  • Data, Compliance, and Process Improvement

    • Maintain accurate recruitment records in our ATS and HR tools.careers.

    • Track key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratios, offer acceptance) and use insights to improve efficiency and quality of hire.technology

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, templates, and employer branding.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of strong, full-life-cycle recruiting experience, including owning requisitions from intake to offer.

  • Focused technical recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring for IT, cybersecurity, data, and application development roles.

  • Proven ability to source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, social, referrals, talent communities).

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR tools, and standard recruitment metrics.careers.

  • Ability to work onsite in Herndon, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid/distributed team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
