About You

What You'll Do
- Recruit top technical talent and align candidates with client hiring needs
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offer)
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking tools, and outreach
- Evaluate candidates through structured screening processes
- Build and maintain your own pipeline of qualified tech professionals
- Develop relationships with candidates to gain market insight and referrals
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
- Negotiate offers and close placements
- Manage multiple high-priority roles in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment (preferred)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); ATS experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (military experience considered)
Work Environment
- 4 days in office, 1 day remote
