  • Recruit top technical talent and align candidates with client hiring needs
  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing → screening → offer)
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, networking tools, and outreach
  • Evaluate candidates through structured screening processes
  • Build and maintain your own pipeline of qualified tech professionals
  • Develop relationships with candidates to gain market insight and referrals
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process
  • Negotiate offers and close placements
  • Manage multiple high-priority roles in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment (preferred)
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); ATS experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (military experience considered)
