Job description

Easy Dynamics is a leading IT service provider specializing in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and risk management for federal agencies. Since 2006, we have partnered with our customers to design, build, and secure the systems that protect our people, places, and way of life. Our work is grounded in deep technical expertise, thoughtful problem-solving, and a clear understanding of the complex environments our customers operate in.

Our world-class team of engineers, consultants, and subject-matter experts are builders, problem-solvers, and trusted advisors who thrive on solving unique and ever-evolving digital challenges. We bring a hands-on, mission-focused approach to every engagement, delivering solutions that are built to last.

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who seeks to learn about who we are and what we do and who understands that effective hiring requires deep relationships across the business and genuine curiosity about people’s expertise and careers. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting for technical talent, program management resources and the occasional corporate function team member. Technical hiring will be focused on cybersecurity, cloud, and identity roles that support our federal mission work. This is a role for someone who wants to build deep partnerships across the team, not just fill requisitions.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand where the company is headed, translate that into strong candidate experiences, and bring in people who will make a measurable difference on our teams and for our customers.

What you'll do
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with emphasis on cybersecurity, cloud, and identity talent supporting federal contracts.
  • Build and maintain deep working relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the company to understand evolving business needs, not just job descriptions.
  • Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines in anticipation of future hiring needs and positioning the company to move quickly when needed.
  • Use AI tools thoughtfully and strategically to speed up work, while keeping the human judgment and relationship-building that make a great hire, well, a great hire.
  • Partner with the business to align recruiting strategy with company growth, tracking results against real hiring and retention outcomes, not just time-to-fill.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience, and contribute to broader talent acquisition and company initiatives.
  • Represent Easy Dynamics' culture and mission clearly and honestly to every candidate, so people who join know exactly what they’re signing up for.
Qualifications
  • 4 to 8 years of technical recruiting experience; experience recruiting within federal contracting orwithin a start up is a strong plus.
  • A track record of hiring technical talent in the cybersecurity, cloud, software engineering or identity space.
  • Demonstrated results as a recruiter and a track record of being a partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and focus on building trust with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach; must be able to partner well across a business that is constantly evolving alongside technology and a range of customers' missions.
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI-driven recruiting tools, used to augment your work and free up time for the parts of hiring that need a human touch.
  • A growth mindset, someone looking to develop professionally and grow with the company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Easy Dynamics is an equal opportunity employer. Applicants are considered for positions without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status or any other consideration made unlawful by applicable federal state or local laws.

Salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000
