Job description

Elysian Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to support daily recruiting execution, strengthen team accountability, improve process consistency, and serve as a key operational partner to the Founder. This person will manage recruiter workflow, support client delivery, uphold Elysian’s standards, and help create a positive, high-performing team culture.


We are looking for someone with 3–7+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, ideally within creative, marketing, digital, advertising, agency, retail media, or professional services recruiting. The right person does not need to be overly corporate or senior-level, but must be organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, process-driven, and comfortable managing people.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day recruiting operations and team workflow
  • Lead morning check-ins, recruiter priorities, and end-of-day updates
  • Track open roles, candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, and placements
  • Ensure recruiters are following Elysian’s process, values, and communication standards
  • Review candidate submissions for quality before client presentation
  • Support sourcing strategy for priority roles
  • Coach junior recruiters on screening, outreach, follow-up, and candidate experience
  • Help maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and recruiting dashboards
  • Serve as a first point of escalation for recruiter questions
  • Support client communication when needed
  • Partner with the Founder on hiring priorities, team performance, and process improvements
  • Help onboard and train new recruiting team members
  • Reinforce a collaborative, accountable, and positive team culture


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Staffing agency or recruiting agency experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring recruiters, coordinators, or junior team members
  • Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interview coordination, and client follow-up
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles, priorities, and deadlines
  • Experience using ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and workflow systems
  • Comfortable holding team members accountable with warmth and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills with candidates, clients, and internal team members
  • Creative, marketing, advertising, digital, or retail media recruiting experience preferred
