Job description

ABOUT PEOPLELIFT

PeopleLift is a bilingual staffing and HR consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, with a registered entity in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We partner with growing companies across the U.S. and Latin America to build strong teams, fill critical roles, and navigate complex workforce needs — fast. Our recruiters are the heartbeat of what we do, and we take great care in who we bring onto our team.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven, people-first Recruiter to join PeopleLift on a contract basis with a clear path to a permanent role. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple client accounts, spanning industries like construction, finance, healthcare, and professional services. This is not a siloed role — you'll work closely with our CEO and have direct visibility into client relationships, candidate pipelines, and business decisions. If you love the thrill of finding the right person for the right role and want to grow with a firm that's going places, we want to hear from you. Candidates must be based in the greater Atlanta, GA area and available during Eastern Time business hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned client accounts — from intake call to offer accepted

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, and direct outreach

• Conduct thorough screening calls and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, culture fit, and availability

• Write polished candidate presentation emails and summaries for client review

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings

• Manage candidate experience from first contact through placement — communication, follow-up, and feedback loops

• Collaborate with the CEO on client updates, pipeline reporting, and account strategy

• Maintain accurate records in our ATS (Loxo / JazzHR) at every stage of the process

• Support bilingual recruiting efforts in English and Spanish as needed

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency or multi-client recruiting environment

• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates across professional roles — you can point to real wins

• Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find great people beyond the easy apply stack

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; your candidate emails are professional, warm, and on-brand

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and client accounts simultaneously

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting — you don't need hand-holding to stay on track

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, but not required

• Experience recruiting for construction, finance, healthcare, or professional services is a significant advantage

• Must reside in the greater Atlanta, GA metropolitan area

TOOLS WE USE

• LinkedIn Recruiter, Loxo, JazzHR for sourcing and ATS management

• Lemlist, Clay, UpLeads for outreach and candidate engagement

• Pipedrive, Calendly, Gmail for pipeline and communication management

• Grammarly, Canva, Claude AI, ChatGPT for content and productivity

WHY PEOPLELIFT

• Work directly alongside our CEO — you'll have real visibility and real impact from day one

• A contract role with a genuine path to permanent based on performance

• Fully remote with a culture built on trust, ownership, and results

• Exposure to a diverse client portfolio across industries and geographies, including U.S. and Latin America

• Be part of an Inc. 5000-recognized firm that is growing intentionally and investing in its people
