This role will identify and engage the best candidates while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What you will be doing
  • Develop fit for purpose and efficient craft hiring process that scale to meet the project needs and timelines.
  • Work closely with the Project HR Director to identify hiring requirements and proactively source craft employees to meet the project requirements.
  • Develop a robust craft employee talent pipelining process.
  • Understand role specifications and successful candidate qualifications for all craft positions to ensure sourcing efforts align with position requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of an effective craft attraction strategy for the Project.
  • Source candidates for current and future opportunities using various tools, networks and methodologies. Prescreens candidates resume to identify top talent for the identified business needs and submits recommendations to hiring management team for their consideration.
  • Configure and maintain the project craft Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Own the full candidate experience from first contact to offer letter acceptance. Oversees interview scheduling, hiring manager feedback, offer letter creation and verbal offer discussions. Supports Human Resources with pre-employment testing and the first day preparation, as needed.
  • Communicate clear expectations to all candidates and business leaders regarding Company process, approvals, and timeline. Maintain clear communication with candidates and business leaders to ensure all parties understand the status of each posting in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with social media, marketing, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop workforce staffing plan for project to proactively source and meet hiring goals.
  • Be an active hands-on part of the hiring process for craft.
  • Communicate and educate the project on industry best practices for project craft hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree or previous hands on construction experience preferred.
  • 5+ years' experience in high volume craft recruiting required. 10+ years preferred.
  • Prior demonstrated experience leading a high-volume hiring program in a project environment will be highly regarded.
  • Previous experience with developing and implementing high-volume hiring progress is required.
  • Local market experience is preferred.
  • Strong construction industry knowledge preferred.
  • Strong technical recruiting knowledge and skills required.
  • A developed network of industry organizations, trade schools and craft talent pipelines are required.
  • Significant experience influencing leaders across various departments.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and personal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide creative solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
  • Comprehensive understanding of OFFCP compliance requirements.
