Recruiting Coordinator | Talent Acquisition Support

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting recruiting operations, candidate management, and hiring processes.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: $30/hour
Schedule: 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Post and manage job openings across recruiting platforms.

  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings.

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.

  • Support onboarding, background checks, and recruitment documentation.

  • Assist with recruiting reports, referral programs, and vendor invoicing.

  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives and talent pipeline efforts.

  • Help ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting support, or administrative experience.

  • Experience in resume review, interview scheduling, onboarding, and candidate management.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Workday Recruiting experience and a degree are preferred.
