Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator, Interview Scheduling to support our Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics throughout the hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, managing complex calendars, communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless and professional interview experience.

The ideal candidate has 2โ€“5 years of experience in a scheduling, recruiting coordination, or administrative support role and brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple departments, time zones, and hiring teams.
  • Manage complex calendar logistics for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Communicate interview details clearly and professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure interview schedules are accurate, updated, and aligned with hiring timelines.
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve calendar issues or last-minute changes.
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling-related updates and coordination needs.
  • Track interview activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
