Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a strong background in hiring Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) roles. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, confident in stakeholder management, and skilled at negotiating compensation with senior sales professionals. This role requires strong communication, influence, and the ability to manage hiring manager expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen candidates for sales acumen, leadership capability, cultural fit, and growth potential.
  • Effectively manage and set expectations with hiring managers using market insights and data.
  • Lead compensation discussions and negotiations with sales candidates, including base salary, commissions, incentives, and variable pay structures.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in the ATS.
  • Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting quality and time-to-hire goals.
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth roles.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end hiring processes.
