Role Overview: We are looking for a Director of Recruiting Transformation, who sits at the intersection of Project Management, Talent Acquisition, and Innovation. This is not a typical PMO role; we are seeking a leader with a strategic consultant mindset, deep Recruiting SME knowledge and experience leading a portfolio of complex, cross-functional AI-enabled projects.


You will manage a global team of project managers who are responsible for a roadmap heavily weighted toward our own Salesforce technology solutions, process optimization, and recruiting innovation and automation. You will be responsible for the strategic governance and execution of the Global Recruiting Operations Roadmap, ensuring all initiatives deliver high-level enterprise impact while maintaining operational rigor.


You will report into the VP, Recruiting Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Enablement, and Optimization (RACIEO) and will be the bridge between the Senior Recruiting Leadership Team and our internal employee success, engineering, product, and communications teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership | Manage and coach a global team of transformation professionals, mentoring them in high-rigor project management delivery and emerging recruiting trends.

  • Roadmap Governance | Own the Intake, Prioritization, and Portfolio Management of the Global Recruiting Roadmap, ensuring all initiatives align with strategic business pillars and match internal resource and capacity plans.

  • Consultative Architecture | Lead Intake Discovery sessions with senior leaders to translate business pain points into structured problem statements and "So What" justifications before work is initiated.

  • Stakeholder Partnership | Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, facilitating complex trade-off discussions and presenting data-driven recommendations to drive organizational alignment and decision-making.

  • Operational Rigor | Facilitate internal Plan of Record and Bi-Weekly Roadmap Reviews as well as outwardly facing Monthly Roadmap Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the SRLT, providing data-driven insights into project and change management efforts.

  • Global Philosophy Stewardship | Enforce global engagement standards and show up as a role model for equitability and inclusivity.

Qualifications

  • Experience | 8+ years in PMO or Recruiting Operations leadership within a global corporate environment, with deep expertise in Strategy Development, Portfolio Management, and Stakeholder Management.

  • Methodology | Mastery of non-technical/technical project management, change management, and strategic communications.

  • Strategic Balance | Proven ability to balance high-level enterprise strategy with the tactical rigor required for global delivery.

  • Executive Influence | Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders, break stalemates, and manage distributed global teams through a "Disagree and Commit" culture.

  • Future Readiness | Comfortable navigating the "Agentic Era" and identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation through rigorous Automation and Portfolio Management Audits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain Expertise | 5+ years of direct experience in the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition space, deeply understanding the Candidate, Recruiter, and Hiring Manager experience.

  • Decision Science | Direct experience implementing RIDE/DACI frameworks to streamline organizational decision-making, as well as the 5-Day Alignment to thoughtfully escalate challenges.
