Job description

Recruiter II
We are seeking a highly organized Recruiter II / Recruiting Business Partner (RBP) to support internal mobility and high volume hiring across last mile, first mile, and middle mile operations. This role focuses heavily on internal transfers and promotions, driving progress across large applicant pipelines, and maintaining strong partnerships with leaders across fulfillment center (FC) operations. This is an onsite, business facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. You will support 20-25FC sites, Slack channels, and internal pipelines.
Note: This is not a sourcing role but does involve extending verbal offers.
Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA OR Bellevue, WA
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Internal Mobility
1. Partner closely with hiring managers, L7/L8 site leaders, and cross functional stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver high caliber internal talent.
2. Drive internal mobility efforts, including internal transfers, promotions, and SIM based internal applications.
3. Conduct proactive check ins to prevent aging requisitions or sudden surges.
Operational Ownership
1. Manage high volume pipelines for L3 non exempt roles, including FC Associate 3 and Process Assistant positions.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of multiple systems, including the Hire platform, CRM tools, CTM, and other recruiting technologies.
3. Oversee 20-25 FC sites or Slack channels, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
4. Investigate stalled requisitions, navigate grey areas, escalate appropriately, and independently drive clarity.
Administrative Excellence & Compliance
1. Ensure candidate applications move through the hiring process without bias.
2. Maintain accuracy and compliance across all recruiting systems, data entries, and workflows.
3. Support a high volume environment with strong organization and prioritization.
Basic Qualifications
1. 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting, with experience extending offers
2. Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders within medium to large companies.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with heavy use of Slack.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
