Recruiting Account Manager, Orange County, FL ($70-90k)
We're looking for a Recruiting Account Manager to support a temporary staffing program in Orange County, FL. This role will work closely with recruiters, temporary staff and client personnel to ensure critical roles are filled quickly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
  • Act as the main liaison between recruiters and program leadership
  • Manage recruiting pipelines and candidate submissions
  • Track hiring progress and provide status updates
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with contract requirements
  • Help drive hiring results for mission-critical roles

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
  • Experience supporting state government or federal contract temporary staffing (required)
  • Experience with staffing agency recruiting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting reporting
  • Must be located in Orange County, FL
