Evergreen Agency Talent is looking for a motivated New Business Development Specialist to help small businesses across the country solve one of their biggest challenges: finding and hiring great people. This position is fully remote after initial training in DeWitt, Michigan.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional (or entry-level go-getter) who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and having meaningful conversations with business owners. You'll have the flexibility to work remotely while playing an important role in helping growing companies build stronger teams.
What You'll Do
As a New Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, starting conversations, understanding their hiring challenges, and introducing them to Evergreen's recruiting solutions.

• Prospect and connect with small business owners and decision-makers nationwide.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Learn about each prospect's business, hiring needs, and challenges.
• Clearly communicate the value of Evergreen Agency Talent's recruiting services.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities over time.
• Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the Evergreen team to ensure a strong client experience.
• Represent the Evergreen brand professionally and contribute to a positive company culture.
• Continuously develop your sales, communication, and business development skills with the mentorship of our CEO.

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or business development experience required.
• Highly prioritizing residents of Mid-Michigan. Onsite training in DeWitt, MI is required for this position.
• Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with business owners.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools.

The Opportunity

This position is part-time, about 30 hours a week of remote work with flexible schedule. Initial training will be completed on-site in DeWitt, MI. Compensation structure includes a base salary + opportunities for bonuses and commission.
