Job description

Stake Center Locating is seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to support our growing workforce needs. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced, field-services environment. The Recruitment Intern will assist with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates-primarily for utility locate technician roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in Communications, Human Resources, or Business Administration to gain real-world recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment for field positions
  • Post job openings on company ATS, job boards and social media.
  • Source candidates through applicant tracking system, referrals and community outreach
  • Conduct initial resume screenings and phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, source effectiveness)
