Position Responsibilities

  • Develop your recruitment skills by interviewing quality candidates, maintaining and tracking candidate pipelines and developing meaningful contacts.

  • Work alongside an experience recruiter to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications and skills.

  • Support college recruitment projects and university relations strategies.

  • Own a project that explores emerging recruitment trends or addresses a business need and present it to key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements

  • This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status students only.

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
