Position Overview
QinetiQ US seeks a Capture Manager with a demonstrable record of competing for and winning complex deals.
Candidates should be well versed in the Federal Acquisition Regulation, execution of captures using a multi-phase framework, and able to lead complex tasks including solution development. The ideal candidate possesses a portfolio of wins, can-do attitude, curiosity, and a desire to lead effectively and kindly in a fast-paced environment.
The Capture Manager will lead pursuits from qualification through submission. The candidate will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will work closely with senior leaders across the enterprise to execute account growth strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of opportunity capture, post qualification phase through proposal delivery.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders in the line, business development, proposals, contracts, pricing, prepare, present, and mature opportunities through defined acquisition framework
  • Develop and execute customer call plans to define opportunity and timeline and validate our solution.
  • Engage with industry, assess the competitive landscape, and if needed secure teammates to bolster the QinetiQ solution.
  • Lead the development of win themes, technical and management solutions, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Interpretation of solicitation requirements, terms, and conditions
  • Meet or exceed established performance goals in support of overall corporate growth and success.

Required Qualifications
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years of demonstrated success in capturing $50M and above.
  • Demonstrable success leading matrix, cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated Experience with Government Assisted Acquisitions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Management, Information Technology, or relevant field
  • Active within relevant industry associations
  • Active TOP SECRET security clearance #qinetiqclearedjob

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
