Company Description Crossed Arrows Real Estate Services is a real estate brokerage committed to supporting clients through every stage of the buying, selling, and leasing process. Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work full time in a hybrid capacity, with primary duties based in Cheyenne, WY and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process. The agent will prepare contracts and related documentation, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and communicate regularly with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, property values, and regulatory requirements, as well as providing responsive, high-quality customer service. The agent is expected to build and manage a personal pipeline, meet sales goals, and represent Crossed Arrows Real Estate Services in a professional and consistent manner.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License in the state of Wyoming, with a solid understanding of real property laws and regulations.
  • Real Estate and Sales experience, including listing, buyer representation, and transaction management.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, contracts, and local market trends.
  • Comfort with hybrid work, including using digital tools for virtual showings, CRM systems, and electronic document management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed for client appointments and showings.
  • Previous brokerage or residential real estate experience is preferred but not required.
