Real Estate Operations Manager

Perry-Miller Streiff Group

Dallas, TX

$85K/yr

Full-time

Posted 20 days ago

Job description

The Operations Manager is the Perry-Miller Streiff Group’s efficiency guru — the operational backbone of a founder-led, fast-moving team who knows how to activate everything already available across the Perry-Miller Streiff Group. You will own day-to-day operations, systems, financial administration, and team accountability, serving as the primary liaison between leadership, staff, agents, and vendors.

You will help the team lead, Ryan Streiff, directly pursue growth opportunities — both internally and through expanding the team’s target markets. We're looking for a discerning, grounded operator — data-driven, resourceful, humble, hungry, and people-smart — who turns big, fast-moving vision into calm, scalable execution without missing a beat for clients.

Compensation:

$85,000

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across all departments.

  • Serve as quality-control partner, keeping brand, systems, and output aligned with team standards.

  • Track state and MLS licensing compliance across all agents, in close partnership with resources.

  • Own team P&L reporting, payroll administration, and budget tracking, with clean, timely reporting to leadership.

  • Translate the Team Lead's vision into measurable, scheduled execution plans, and manage technology and facility decisions in partnership with the broader platform.

  • Champion and help sustain PMSG's in-office, face-to-face culture — the connective tissue behind the team's results.

  • Help the sales team maximize production, as well as expand territories in the luxury space.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years total professional experience.

  • 3+ years of residential real estate industry experience required - in support/leadership, as an assistant, agent, agent support coordinator, office assistant/manager, operations, and/or business management.

  • Luxury brand experience strongly preferred and valuable - retail, hospitality, etc.

  • A genuine alignment with an in-office culture — someone glad to be a steady, in-office presence for the team. (Please note: This in-office position is located in Dallas, TX, in our Preston Center office.)

  • A resourceful, efficiency-first mindset — energized by activating what already exists across Perry-Miller Streiff Group and beyond, rather than building from scratch.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority — critical for coordinating independent agents who are not employees.

  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll knowledge, with advanced Excel/Google Workspace and Customer Relationship Management / transaction-software proficiency.

About Company

The Perry-Miller Streiff Group is RealTrends 2026 #1 large real estate team in Dallas, #1 large team in Texas, and #43 large team nationally — and, proudly, the Dallas Stars’ official real estate team.

We specialize in luxury residential real estate across Preston Hollow, Highland Park, and University Park. Much of our synergy and results come from our in-office, face-to-face culture — a defining part of how this team works.
