Byrne Real Estate Group, one of Austin's most trusted real estate teams, is looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Licensed Real Estate Assistant to directly support our two lead agents, Clay and Lesley, across listings, buyers, and contract-to-close. This is the operational backbone of a high-producing team - the person who keeps every transaction on track, every deadline hit, and every client feeling taken care of.
If you're a licensed professional who loves systems, thrives on checklists, and takes pride in being the one who never lets a ball drop, we want to meet you. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with agents who have 25+ years of Central Texas expertise, in an office that runs on precision and genuine care for clients. We're hiring for the long term, and we invest in the people who grow with us.

• Active Texas real estate license required
• Prior experience as a transaction coordinator, real estate assistant, or in a real estate operations role required
• Exceptional organization and follow-through - you live by deadlines and checklists
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, client-first demeanor
• Comfortable with real estate technology: MLS, CRM, transaction management, eSign, and Google Workspace
• Able to juggle multiple transactions at once without losing accuracy or composure
• Local to the Austin area and able to work full-time from our office
