The Lead Generation & Research Associate plays a critical role in driving commercial leasing and cold sales opportunities for Dezer Development's real estate portfolio. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, research driven professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, building prospect pipelines, and connecting with business decision makers.

Working directly with the inhouse commercial real estate broker, the associate will support leasing and business development efforts through market research, lead generation, prospect outreach, CRM management, and commercial real estate intelligence. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. You are tech savvy, data driven, and comfortable leveraging CRM systems, prospecting software, LinkedIn, and digital research platforms to improve lead generation and outreach efforts. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate, lead generation, sales development, research, or tenant prospecting will thrive in this position. This is not a passive administrative role; we are looking for someone proactive, persistent, and highly resourceful who enjoys uncovering opportunities and creating business conversations.

Required Qualifications:
