Job description

The Real Estate Lead Generation Associate plays a critical role in driving commercial leasing and cold sales opportunities for Dezer Development's real estate portfolio. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, research driven professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, building prospect pipelines, and connecting with business decision makers.
Working directly with the inhouse commercial real estate broker, the associate will support leasing and business development efforts through market research, lead generation, prospect outreach, CRM management, and commercial real estate intelligence. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building. You are tech savvy, data driven, and comfortable leveraging CRM systems, prospecting software, LinkedIn, and digital research platforms to improve lead generation and outreach efforts. Candidates with experience in commercial real estate, lead generation, sales development, research, or tenant prospecting will thrive in this position. This is not a passive administrative role; we are looking for someone proactive, persistent, and highly resourceful who enjoys uncovering opportunities and creating business conversations.
This role offers hands on exposure to commercial real estate leasing, prospecting strategy, tenant outreach, and market analytics while supporting one of New York and South Florida's most recognized real estate development companies.
Dezer Development was founded in 1970 by creative and innovative real estate visionary, Michael Dezer. With the involvement of his son, Gil Dezer, President of Dezer Development, the company has grown to encompass unique and strategic residential and commercial properties in New York, Florida, and Las Vegas over the past 54 years. Dezer Development's branded real estate portfolio includes six Trump branded towers, Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani/Casa, and the newly developed Bentley Residences Tower, alongside various commercial holdings across the country. Generating an unprecedented response from a broad range of local, national, and international buyers, the prolific developer has successfully sold over 2,700 units and generated over $3.6 billion in sales. In addition to their Miami Beach properties, the Dezer's have significant holdings in New York. Their portfolio encompasses more than 20 properties with over one million square feet.
