Location: Remote (Preferred: in-office in Lebanon, PA to collaborate and build together; relocation assistance available)

This role is ONLY for candidates with experience running or managing a real estate lead generation operation, marketing agency, or similar business model.

If you have not directly worked with lead generation for real estate investors or agents, this is not the right fit.

Home Offer 365 is a fast-growing real estate marketing and acquisitions company generating high-quality seller and listing leads for investors and agents across the U.S.

We are also launching Simply List Now, a new company partnering with real estate agents nationwide by providing high-quality listing leads, systems, and ongoing support.

We are already generating consistent deal flow and are now looking for the right operator to help us scale both companies to the next level.

The Opportunity (What Makes This Role Different)

This is not a typical operations role.

You will play a key leadership role in scaling two companies:

  • Home Offer 365 โ†’ Real estate lead generation + acquisitions
  • Simply List Now โ†’ Nationwide agent partnership platform

You will not be maintaining systemsโ€”you will be building, optimizing, and scaling them.

You will work directly with ownership to:

  • Scale lead generation across multiple markets
  • Improve conversion and operational performance
  • Build systems that support national expansion
  • Help shape the long-term vision of both companies

This role includes a potential equity stake in Simply List Now for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations across both companies
  • Own and improve lead generation performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, funnels, etc.)
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems and workflows (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ensure strong lead flow, speed-to-lead, follow-up, and conversion systems
  • Track and analyze key KPIs (CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI, revenue)
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve performance
  • Build SOPs and operational infrastructure
  • Help launch and scale into new markets nationwide
  • Assist in building and managing agent partnerships for Simply List Now
  • Ensure no leads or revenue opportunities fall through the cracks

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years experience running or managing lead generation for real estate (investors, agents, or agency model)
  • Experience managing lead flow at scale (50โ€“500+ leads/month)
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management experience
  • Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical ability
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to execute
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with real estate investors and/or listing agents
  • Experience scaling operations across multiple markets
  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and lead funnels
  • Leadership or team management experience
