High Visions Real Estate is seeking a motivated, organized, and relationship-driven Dispositions Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work directly under our Dispositions Manager to help market investment properties, build relationships with real estate investors, coordinate transactions, and assist in maximizing the value of every contract our acquisitions team secures.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in real estate, sales, or customer service who wants to build a long-term career in real estate investing. We provide hands-on training, proven systems, and opportunities for advancement into a full Dispositions Manager role.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates professionally, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Duties
  • Assist in marketing wholesale, novation, subject-to, seller finance, and other investment opportunities to qualified buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, landlords, and real estate professionals.
  • Schedule and coordinate buyer walkthroughs and property inspections.
  • Communicate with buyers throughout the transaction process to ensure timely closings.
  • Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, and earnest money deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of buyer activity and transaction updates within the company CRM.
  • Coordinate with Acquisitions, Transaction Coordination, and Leadership to ensure smooth communication between all parties.
  • Help prepare property marketing materials, buyer emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in resolving issues that may delay or prevent a successful closing.
  • Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, role-play, and ongoing sales training.
  • Continuously grow and manage the company's buyer database through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
  • Learn High Visions Real Estate's disposition process with the goal of advancing into a Dispositions Manager position.
