What is coliving?

Coliving is a modern housing concept where individuals share a living space and common areas with other residents, often with a focus on community, convenience, and affordability. Residents typically have private bedrooms but share kitchens, living rooms, and sometimes workspaces. Coliving spaces often include utilities, cleaning services, and social events to foster a sense of community. This housing model is popular among young professionals, digital nomads, and people looking for flexible, communal living arrangements. It can provide an affordable alternative to traditional renting and help build social connections.
