Our team of seasoned veterans have closed thousands of transactions for clients including: national retailers, restaurants groups, federal and local government, prominent law firms, oil/gas companies, as well as specialized medical practices.

Job Description:
As a Net Lease Sales Agent you’ll spend considerable amounts of time growing you client network through cold calling and door stepping. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring the successful closing of the properties. 
 
Qualifications:
-          Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-          Must have a valid Texas Real Estate License.
-          Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
-          Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
-          Ability to actively cold call and doorstep potential clients. Up to 40 client visits per day.
-          Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
 
Job Duties:
-          Actively cold calling potential clients and input data into CRM program. Requirement of a minimum 200 Calls Per Day.
-          Assist supervising agent with tours.
-          Set client appointments for yourself and supervisor.
-          Prepare comparative market analysis and tour schedules for supervising agent and clients.
-          Prepare commission agreements, broker opinions of value, letters of intent and sales agreements for supervising agent and clients.
-          Quickly respond to leads received through our marketing efforts.
-          Assist brokers & supervisor with other duties related to net lease sales.
-          Maintain daily updates on company CRM with weekly reports to supervisor.
 
Compensation: 3 Months starter salary $3,000 per month. Then, commission with UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL. 1st year income $100,000 ++++. 2nd Year $200,000++++
