Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create and edit reports or presentations
  • Contact suppliers for missing invoice and country of origin detail.
  • Assist in processing Corrective Actions.
  • Expedite purchase orders.
  • Performs such other tasks and special projects as may be assigned from time to time by the unit manager.
  • Other duties may be assigned.                                                     

Supervisory Responsibilities

Academic Qualifications     

Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business is preferred.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply to calculate figures and amounts such percentages.

Computer/System Skills: Beginning skill level in excel, word, outlook, PPT and email.
