Job Summary:

Assist the Purchasing Manager with purchasing processes and inventory management to ensure smooth operations.


Key Responsibilities:

    •    Conduct warehouse inventory counts, compare with ERP, and report discrepancies/risks.

    •    Receive and unload inbound materials, verify quantities, record in ERP, and store properly.

    •    Supply raw materials to production per requests; cross-check and update ERP transfers.

    •    Monitor stock levels, place purchase orders, and track deliveries for materials and subparts.

    •    Supervise and train subordinate worker; ensure clear communication and task completion.

    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse with proper storage systems.

    •    Support Purchasing Manager in sourcing suppliers, cost-saving opportunities, and coordination with other departments.

    •    Perform and record daily forklift maintenance checks.


Qualifications:

    •    Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

    •    Proficient in Excel, ERP/SAP preferred.

    •    Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    •    Forklift certified (or willing to be trained).

    •    Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred.

    •    Experience in warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing environments preferred.

    •    Must comply with PPE and OSHA requirements.


Education/Experience:

    •    Bachelor’s in business, economics, engineering, or supply chain preferred; or high school with 2–3 years relevant experience.

    •    ERP, OSHA, forklift, and propane handling training provided.
