Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Learn about department processes from start to finish
  • Work with various software platforms, including Ventus, Google Docs, Microsoft, and Outlook
  • Efficiently submit quotes through customer portals and email
  • Assist in renting lifts/cranes
  • Assist in obtaining ISE numbers
  • Assist in receiving Part Order Forms and creating T: Drive folders
  • Follow up on all quotes after 2 weeks
  • Expire quotes after 30 days (unless specified not to)
  • Assist in keeping Google Docs up to date
  • Find and deliver approvals to Account Parts Coordinator
  • Help create tickets for Preventative Maintenance Follow-ups
  • Assist in creating freight and shipping labels for returns
  • Assist in entering credit card purchases into tickets and receipts into documents
  • Assist with various purchasing tasks to ensure continuity and efficiency within the department
  • Effectively collaborate with the team to maintain operational fluidity
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

  • Assist in any day-to-day office operations (i.e., filing, typing up proposals, direct mailings, any special projects from managers)
  • Must always maintain a professional manner of communication
  • Be adaptable with your schedule according to the needs of the department

  • Limit emotion from emails, phone calls, and text messages

Schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
