Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator with 2+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience to support day-to-day procurement operations. In this role, you create and process purchase orders, maintain accurate purchasing data, coordinate with vendors, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing activities. You use strong Excel skills, organization, and attention to detail to keep documentation accurate and up to date while supporting logistics and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Create, process, and track purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Enter and maintain purchasing data in company systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Update vendor, pricing, and inventory information to ensure records remain current.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage data, generate reports, and maintain purchasing records.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve purchasing and order-related issues.
  • Ensure all purchasing documentation is complete, accurate, and properly organized.
  • Support general procurement activities, including coordinating orders and deliveries.
  • Assist with logistics tasks related to inventory and material flow as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain team.

Pay and Benefits
