Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Reports Developer with expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud to join our Business Intelligence team; REMOTE WORK OPTION. The ideal candidate is techno-functional and has a strong background in developing reports within the HCM (Human Capital Management), ERP (Finance/GL), EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. This role involves requirements gathering, designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports, dashboards and integrations to support our Oracle Fusion Cloud system. 

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Oracle reports for HR, Finance, and Supply Chain using Oracle Reporting, BI Publisher, FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, FRS, and other related tools within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Design and maintain data integrations to streamline and automate data flow between Oracle Fusion Cloud and internal and external systems.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reports.

Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and integrations to improve performance and reliability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion report development, with a focus on one or more of the following modules:  HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM.

Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its components.

Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other database technologies.

Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), FAIDP, OTBI, SmartView, and other Oracle reporting tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Oracle Artificial Intelligence offerings is a plus.

Experience working for a healthcare organization is also a plus.
