Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Coordinator to support the reconciliation of reimbursement requests from Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) participating in seven grant programs. This role involves collaboration with fiscal teams and municipal staff to ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance with grant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and reconcile reimbursement/disbursement submissions from PSAPs

  • Collaborate with fiscal and municipal staff to resolve documentation discrepancies

  • Recommend payments in line with grant requirements

  • Provide feedback on and support updates to grant guidelines

  • Assist in training and supporting PSAP and municipal staff, including conducting virtual workshops

  • Support daily revenue receipt, deposit, and tracking

  • Help manage fixed asset records

  • Perform data entry for accounting transactions requiring approval

  • Contribute to general operational support as needed

Requirements:
