Job Summary:

Century Solutions Group is seeking IT Field Engineer to deliver proactive, high-quality support to our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner-diagnosing and resolving issues onsite and remotely, stabilizing and improving client environments, and documenting solutions that the whole team can leverage. You'll work across desktops, laptops, peripherals, servers, and common business applications; coordinate with teammates and vendors; and help translate business needs into practical, secure IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite/remote support for endpoints, peripherals, servers, and common business apps; ensure stable day-to-day operations.
  • Install, configure, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade hardware/software to optimize performance; perform malware/spyware cleanup.
  • Own tickets end-to-end: triage, prioritize to SLA, resolve or escalate appropriately, and keep users informed.
  • Apply system analysis to define hardware/software/functional requirements and recommend practical solutions.
  • Provide clear user training and create quick reference guides to reduce repeat issues.
  • Create and update documentation
  • Help coordinate the service board workflow (priorities, escalations) and uphold documentation/quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to drive timely, durable fixes.
  • Participate in after-hours/on-call monitoring and support as scheduled.
  • Maintain current skills/certifications, share knowledge with the team, and follow security/safety best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support client outcomes and team effectiveness.


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or related field) or 3-4 years of equivalent, hands-on IT experience.
  • Networking Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies (configuration, troubleshooting, and support).
  • Execution Under Pressure: Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, SLA-driven


Shift Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
