Are you ready to be the tech expert for a diverse range of clients? As an IT Field Engineer, you’ll tackle a variety of technology challenges, working hands-on with desktops, servers, switches, and firewalls to ensure our clients’ systems run smoothly and securely. If it’s IT, you’ll be there to keep things moving.
Outstanding customer service is at the heart of our company. We work to give every client—big or small—a positive, reliable experience. Our team builds trust and delivers support, solving problems efficiently and making sure users get help when they need it.
What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly for users
  • Manage service tickets from start to finish
  • Monitor and maintain client backups
  • Deliver remote and on-site support (company vehicle provided)
  • Collaborate with teammates to solve issues and share solutions
  • Keep documentation current as networks evolve
  • Stay in touch with your team about job status and client needs
  • Participate in after-hours on-call rotations (every 5 weeks) and project support
Technical Experience We’re Looking For
  • Windows PC operating systems and Windows Server management
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Firewall and security solutions, including Windows Remote Desktop Services and Active Directory
  • Email filtering and security solutions
  • Basic VOIP concepts
