IT Field Technician — Irvine, CA


We're looking for an IT Field Technician to join our team supporting on-site technology needs across the Irvine area. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving hardware and support issues in person rather than sitting behind a help desk all day.


What You'll Do

  • Provide on-site hardware troubleshooting, repair, and support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Perform system imaging, software installations, and deployments
  • Support and maintain Windows environments and Active Directory
  • Assist with basic networking tasks (printers, Wi-Fi, connectivity issues)
  • Respond to and resolve tickets within SLA, documenting work clearly
  • Travel locally between sites in the Irvine/Orange County area as needed


What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of hands-on IT support or field technician experience
  • Solid understanding of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule/route
  • Strong communication skills — you'll be interacting directly with end users
  • Reliable transportation for local travel between sites
  • A+ or Network+ certification a plus, but not required
