Job Description:ย ย 

  • Serve as primary IT Point of Contact for expedited support andย participateย in Rapid Response Team triage and Daily Performance Meetings.ย 

  • Assistย network support and infrastructure teams with troubleshooting and projects.ย 

  • Support Client SPOC with Reliability Calls for high-priority tickets (P1/P2) investigation and resolution.ย 

  • Aid local hardware support team with printers and shop floor peripherals.ย 

  • Coordinate application support incidents in the manufacturing plant.ย 

  • Act as a SPOC for BUIT (Business Team) Local support and external vendors.ย 

  • Resolve connection issues with weighing scales, including MOXA replacements and network components.ย 

  • Collaborate with MLL Workstation engineering WESS team to resolve OS and workstation build issues.ย 

  • Test network connectivity changes, including wireless and patching.ย 

  • Coordinate client application installations and ensure proper functioning.ย 

  • Liaise with equipment vendors for repair and maintenance.ย 

  • Provide initial troubleshooting for application issues and coordinate/escalate to resolution.ย 

  • Support IQOQ testing and technical change control activities.ย 

Qualifications/Skills:ย 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Site IT support and incident management.ย 

  • Proficient in ITIL process and Service Asset Management.ย 

  • GxPย knowledge strongly desired.ย 

  • Knowledgeable in network infrastructureย 

  • Ability to work independently and provide off-hours support.ย 

  • Strong multitasking and coordination skills.ย 

Preferredย additionalย Skills:ย 

  • Pharma manufacturing experience, with IT Infra knowledge.ย 

  • MES knowledge is an added advantage.ย 

  • Cross Team/Dept Coordination.ย
