Base salary: $172,706.28 for 83 night shifts
Sign-on bonus: $15,000
Seniority bonus (7+ years post-residency experience): $10,560
Relocation assistance (if applicable): Up to $10,000
Productivity incentives: 2.5% Quality Metric bonus annually

What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated Nocturnist to join an employed, part-time (0.5 FTE) position within a busy, well-respected practice at Ascension All Saints Hospital.
  • Collaborative Night Team: Join a highly collegial Hospitalist team comprised of 20 collaborative providers, offering an environment defined by excellent working relationships with PCPs, the ED, nursing, and ancillary staff.
  • Predictable, Flexible Schedule: Balance your personal and professional life with a 0.5 FTE commitment requiring only 83 night shifts per year, backed by comprehensive specialist support at your fingertips.
  • Lead Acute Patient Management: Evaluate and treat acute overnight admissions with precision, utilizing the fully integrated EPIC EMR system to coordinate high-quality care across the medical group.
  • Procedure Flexibility: Focus entirely on clinical diagnostic and treatment skills-procedures are completely optional and not required.
  • Drive Quality Outcomes: Partner with an experienced team to improve cost-effectiveness and patient safety, earning eligibility for an annual 2.5% quality metric bonus alongside an impactful seniority bonus structure.
  • Document Excellence: Capture the patient care journey with precision, ensuring seamless communication and high-quality records for the daytime rounding team.
