Job description

Position Title: Analyst, Mid
Work Location: Flexible
Position Description
This position is for the Ground Based Air Defense Program supporting the development, test, and fielding of emerging Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS). The position requires experience and familiarity with ground and/or air command and control and defense solutions and tactics.
Responsibilities
  • Support the analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems, tools, and procedures
  • Support the development and implementation of data management tools and processes
  • Support the development and execution of data management plans including data collection, validation, and analysis
  • Participate in network and communication working groups, technical interchanges, test and assessment planning, and assessment execution
  • Support the design and documentation of data management processes and procedures
  • Ability to support tactical and technical teams in the areas of data management and analysis

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven operational understanding of command, control, communication, and computer (C4) systems, network, and communication interfaces
  • Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and operating IT assets, data transfer devices, and solutions
  • Must be fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and Outlook

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field (desired) with 3+ years of direct experience (desired)
  • 3+ years of experience operating command and control, weapons, or defense systems (required)
  • Military/DoD experience preferred

Certifications
  • CompTIA Security+ (desired)
  • CompTIA Network+ (desired)

Security Clearance Requirements
This position requires Active SECRET security clearance.
Travel Requirements
CONUS and OCONUS travel will be required (approx. 50%). Locations include:
