Field IT Technician
$20 to $25 per hour W2
Cleveland, Ohio
Overview
Two weeks PTO
100% on-site in the Cleveland area
Pay is every Friday for the previous week
Anthem medical, Anthem dental, Anthem vision, life, 401k match, college tuition benefit program
Role
Talk in-person with customers regularly
Listen, communicate, and provide technical support
Respond to inquiries promptly, create tickets, document solutions
Install, configure, and support computers, projectors, smart boards, printers, scanners, and wireless devices
Required
Must be very personable, able to speak with people in-person
Knowledge of computers, software and basic networking
Listening, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Criminal background check clearance
Bonus: IT support at a school
