Job description

Arcosa Construction Products Group contains multiple business units that support three product segments in the Aggregates, Specialty Materials and Construction Site Support markets.
Job Summary
Arcosa Construction Products Group is seeking a dependable Field IT Support Technician based out of our Tinton Falls, NJ regional office to provide hands-on technical support across our Quarry, Asphalt, and Recycling plant locations. This role supports day-to-day IT operations in industrial and outdoor environments, ensuring reliable technology that enables safe and efficient plant operations.
Day to Day
  • Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations while working in active aggregate, recycling, and asphalt plant environments
  • Provide onsite IT support for PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network equipment at plant and field locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues following established IT standards and procedures
  • Support plant-critical systems including scale and loadout systems, rugged tablets, GPS units, Zebra printers, and other operational technology used in aggregates, recycling, and asphalt production
  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wired and wireless networks, including CAT6 cabling in industrial settings
  • Respond to and manage Service Desk tickets in ServiceNow, documenting resolutions and escalating complex issues as needed
  • Track, manage, and maintain IT assets across assigned aggregate, recycling, and asphalt plant locations
  • Assist plant personnel with basic IT training and cybersecurity best practices
  • Work safely in outdoor, dusty, and heavy-industrial environments while supporting safety-related and operational technology

About You
  • 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in field or industrial settings
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Comfort working independently and traveling up to 75%
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work in outdoor, dusty, and industrial environments

Preferred
  • Associate degree or CompTIA A+ / Network+
  • Experience with VOIP phones, IP cameras/NVRs, Zebra printers, and Apple iOS devices
  • Background supporting manufacturing, construction, or industrial operations

Compensation$64,554 - $82,362
