Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your key responsibility will be to serve as a vital team member associated with managing the Project Team in all aspects of the build resulting in completion of the project on time, under budget, and with quality that exceeds the expectations of F.A. Wilhelm and our Clients. 

Essential Functions

  • Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects concurrently.
  • Review and understand project documents including plans and specifications.
  • Create and/or assist in the development of estimates, change orders, and project proposals.
  • Manage costs, schedule, changes, meetings, invoices and owner expectations.
  • Lead project meetings with owners and sub-contractors.
  • Work with superintendents.
  • Manage project engineers for meetings, permits, RFIs, submittals, and closeouts.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in Industrial, Manufacturing, and/or Pharmaceutical industries
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field
  • 7-10 years relevant work experience in the construction industry
  • OSHA 30 Certification
