We are recruiting on behalf of a growing real estate company in Indianapolis seeking a Property Accountant with Yardi software experience. This role manages property-level financials, reporting, and compliance while supporting property managers with accurate insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties
  • Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accruals
  • Oversee AP/AR related to property operations
