Experienced Real Estate Accountant Wanted – Join a Leading Southern California Land Sales Company

Professional Equities International, one of Southern California’s largest and most established land sales companies, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Real Estate Accountant to join our team full-time.

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional with a minimum of 7 years of real estate accounting experience, including land sales and installment sales accounting. Property management accounting experience is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, professional environment and partnering closely with company ownership and outside CPA firms.

           Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting and financial reporting for real estate entities
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis
  • Handle payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Generate ACH payments
  • Coordinate reporting with outside CPA firms
  • Negotiate and prepare leases
  • Support property management accounting functions

    Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of real estate accounting experience required
  • Experience with land sales and installment sales accounting preferred
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Property management experience is a plus
  • Stable employment history
