Job description

We are seeking a Real Estate Salesperson to join our Team!

Joslin Real Estate has been serving the Central Valley for over 40 years. We offer training, flexible schedule, no desk fees and excellent commission split. In-house Transaction Coordinator and mentor. We are willing to train new licensees.

Qualifications

. Active California real estate license in good standing with the DRE

. Motivation and willingness to learn and excel in the real estate field

. Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

. List and sell residential real estate

. Flexible floor time schedule or work from home

. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers

. Coordinate with lenders, escrow officers and transaction coordinator for smooth closings

Compensation

Real Estate agents are independent contractors, not provided a salary or wage. This means your income potential has no limit. Joslin Real Estate offers a very generous split, no office or desk fees.
