The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, loves working with people, and shows pride in their work. Compensation:

$20 Hourly plus Benefits


Responsibilities:
  • Safely drive a company vehicle

  • Maintain the cleanliness and vehicle maintenance of the company van

  • Visit occupied and vacant properties to collect data and images using the company iPad

  • Work with tools to install real estate yard signage

  • Manages the inventory, cleanliness, and organization of signage and tools

  • Accurate data entry in various platforms

  • Various Open House preparations

  • Being available to answer any questions from agents and admin

  • Run errands as needed by the admin staff

  • Working as part of the team to achieve goals


Qualifications:
  • Valid non-expired Driver's license with a good driving record

  • Exceptional eye for the details

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs) preferred

  • Highly motivated

  • An attitude of service

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
