Real Estate Sales Agent (Leads Provided, Training & Team Support)

Mission Realty is growing, and we are looking for motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who are excited about helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives: buying or selling a home. Our team is generating more qualified leads than we can currently handle. We are looking for agents who are ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in real estate with a supportive, high-energy team. If you are newly licensed or planning to become licensed, this is a great opportunity to join a brokerage that provides the systems, support, and mentorship needed to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
  • Work with buyer and seller clients throughout the real estate transaction
  • Follow up with leads using our CRM and proven follow-up systems
  • Conduct property showings and assist buyers with home search and offers
  • Guide sellers through listing preparation and marketing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and help clients navigate inspections, appraisals, and closing
  • Build relationships and grow your personal real estate business within our team
