The essential role of this position is to:

Effectively assist Project Managers and Project Executives with estimating, managing, and executing assigned projects. This includes effective communication with superintendents, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure projects meet designated timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Hands‑on work with Project Managers in all phases and aspects of the project.
  • Assist in the overall schedule.
  • Participate in buy‑out of subcontractors to ensure full scope and savings in a timely manner.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
  • Assist in the preparation of subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.
  • Assist in estimating project scope and costs.
  • Assist in managing projects with subcontractors.
  • Communicate with people involved in a project (e.g., owners, vendors, subcontractors), and with a design team.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned.
