Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join ateam in Washington, DC for a 3a"4 month project.  

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professionalwith an energetic personality who is able to undertake a variety of supporttasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attentionto detail and will be able to communicate effectively with Executives and theHuman Resources team.

General Responsibilities:

  • Review, format, and edit existing and new documents for accuracy
  • Create online fillable forms using Microsoft Suite
  • Work with the HR Team and Executives to create new policy documents and/or revise existing company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have completed 2 years of college courses (Required)
  • Must have 3 yearsa experience working with Microsoft Suite (Required)
  • At minimum 2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Client Services role
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
